Four services. One work order. The right company on every leg.
KHE quotes and dispatches the whole move. Each leg is operated by the group company built for it — you contact KHE, and the handoffs below happen on our side of the fence.
Drayage
Company drivers on company chassis pull your containers out of Long Beach, Los Angeles and Houston terminals. Overweight boxes ride tri-axle chassis on the POLB Overweight Corridor straight to our docks — sealed, up to 95,000 lb gross, no re-permit.
The parent company runs drayage itself. You're already in the right place.
This site · in-houseWarehousing
Four California facilities within fifteen miles of the Port of Long Beach — two directly on the Overweight Corridor. Racked and floor storage rated for heavy commodities, with inventory reporting, labeling and palletizing done in the building.
Runs all four warehouses and everything that happens inside them.
khelogistics.com →Transloading
Container to 53' dry van or flatbed at our dock, usually the same day it comes off the terminal. Because the corridor warehouses receive sealed overweight boxes, the cargo is only touched once — at our dock, by our crew, on our equipment.
Transload crews and dock equipment belong to the warehouse company.
khelogistics.com →Domestic delivery
From the warehouse door to the receiver's dock on our own trucks. Long-haul and regional lanes run on company tractors; time-sensitive regional and last-mile loads move on smaller, faster equipment. Oversize project freight gets permits, escorts and specialised trailers.

Our drivers, our chassis
Company drivers hook their own equipment at the terminal — no brokered capacity between the gate and your dock.
