The warehousing operation inside the KHE group

Kair Harbor Express Logistics runs the four buildings where the group’s freight lands, turns and leaves. The parent handles the trucks; this company owns the floor.

One company owns the floor space

Inside the group, every leg has its own company. Drayage arrives on the parent’s trucks; the moment a container backs onto one of our 110 dock doors, the cargo is ours — receiving, storage, transload, value-added work and the loading of whichever truck takes it inland.

That split keeps responsibility clean: if it happened inside the building, it happened on our watch.

Our racking, our forklifts, our people

Every clamp truck, coil ram and 30,000 lb forklift in the buildings belongs to us, maintained in our own shop. Every crew member is on payroll — no temp-agency rotation on freight that takes skill to handle.

It shows up in the numbers a warehouse can’t fake: dock turns averaging 3.2 hours and damage claims measured per ten thousand touches.

The same standard on every dock

CARES — passion, integrity, care of clients — is the group’s hiring and training standard, and it applies on the warehouse floor exactly as it does in the cab: exceptions photographed at the dock the same day, counts verified against the packing list, and a named person who answers the phone about your inventory.

Order on the floor

Marked lanes and staged pallets keep a busy dock from turning into a bottleneck.
